Over the years, we have insured client companies whose premiums have ranged from small to over $5 million annually. Our clients have included 10 of the top 100 South Carolina domiciled companies as listed on the annual business report, including the second largest company in the state for which we provided service for over twenty years.
INSURED AND SELF-INSURED SERVICES
In addition to traditional insurance, we are also experienced in providing self-insured and alternative solutions, including large deductible programs. Having managed a TPA (Third Party Administrator) operation for over twenty years, our staff is well experienced in the area of self-funding of insurance, including the procurement of reinsurance for our clients.
IN-HOUSE LOSS CONTROL SERVICES
Unlike most insurance brokerage organizations, we are uniquely qualified to provide value-added services such as Loss Control surveys and inspections. Our staff includes two Loss Control Specialists, each with many years of experience. Due to cost constraints, some insurers have limited the amount of loss control services they provide. We have the ability to commit as much loss control service to our clients as needed to help them keep their insured losses, and thus their insurance cost, at a minimum.
CLAIM HANDLING
Members of our staff have many years of claim handling experience for both insured and self-insured programs. This expertise has proven to be a valuable asset for our clients over the years as we assisted them with their claims. At Johnson & Associates, we track and monitor our clients’ claims, following them until final resolution.
